For those of you who haven't been here during BBQ Season, it's sort of the Olympics of grilling...we go BIG on summer food and fun. Seriosuly, why haven't you been here during BBQ season? You're sooooo missing out...
A myriad of heirloom tomatoes, strawberries, sugar snap peas, Italian peppers, summer squash, sweet basil, and Italian oregano have been skillfully placed into nutrient packed soil, as we anxiously await an abundant garden of goodies to accompany our many slabs of carnvirous enjoyment.

Fred Steaks , burgers, chicken, sausages - oh my! This year I've been cooking more seafood, salmon in particular, so I'm hoping Grillmaster Brian will be adding grilled salmon filets to the menu.
