Obot's Wedding

Jim and Anne have been together for, well...FOREVER! On Saturday they finally sealed the deal. :-) Congratulations to Jim and Anne! The wedding was spectacular.

Happy Birthday Brian!

Brian celebrated his birthday. We had some wonderful friends over for a BBQ and of course, too much wine! Happy Birthday, Mack!

Carolyne's Birthday

We celebrated our friend, Carolyne's, birthday on August 7th with a BBQ and many, many beverages. Brian once again outdid himself grilling up Fred Steak, Tri-Tip, chicken, and sausages. Jamie and Greg brought a decadent macaroni au gratin (we were practically licking the bowl!) and Barbara, the Queen of Cakes, made an amazing vanilla Kahlua chocolate chip bundt cake. I can't describe the cake very well, but rest assured, it's addicting!

Tourists for a day

The Palo Alto McCormick's went to San Francisco for the day to show Britney's boyfriend, Matt, what California is all about (he's from Colorado). Surprisingly, San Francisco was warm and sunny! We walked across the Golden Gate Bridge, walked around Ghirardelli Square, Fisherman's Wharf, and Pier 39. We were the quintessential tourists!
